PRICING GUIDE FOR THE 2025 WINTER-SPRING SESSION
The 2025 Winter-Spring session is a 19 week session that begins January 6th and ends May 31st
Classes are available on a first enrolled basis.

Any classes missed due to studio closures, or illness can be made up by the end of the season as long as tuition and enrollment are current. Closures due to inclement weather will be announced via email, facebook, and the website. During studio closures, the office is still available by email at Admin@RevolutionDanceFactory.com

Registration Fee: This is a non-refundable fee due upon registration. $30 per school year, per child. This helps to offset the administrative fees associated with registration.
Payment Option A: This option is available for ALL students and is due at the time of registration.
Payment Option B: This option is available for those students taking 1 or more hour of dance per week. The 1st payment is due at the time of registration. the 2nd payment is due on March 1st. By registering for this option you are committing to pay the 2nd payment of this option. However, you are still eligible for our refund policy. If tuition is not paid by March 5th there will be a $25 late fee applied to you account.
Payment Option C: This option is available for those students in our performing company, and those taking 3 or more hours of dance classes per week. The 1st payment is due at the time of registration. All proceeding payments are due on the 1st of the month and will process your credit card on file. There are 5 payment in the Winter-Spring Session, so 5 payments will be due. By registering for this option you are committing to all 5 payments in the series. However, you are still eligible for our refund policy. If tuition is not paid by the 5th of every month there will be a $25 late fee applied to your account. ​

Costume: Deposit: A non-refundable costume deposit of $50 is due at the time of registration. This is for a costume in our Spring Recital Remaining balances will be collected on March 1st. Costumes range from $60-$130
Refund Policy:
Prior to 1st class - 100% refund
Within first 2 weeks - 75% refund
Within first 3 weeks - 50% refund
Within first 4 weeks - 25% refund
No Cash refund are available after the first 4 weeks, but unused tuition amount will be credited to your account for future tuition. There will be no credits given the last month of the session for any reason.
To withdrawal we must received a class drop form or written documentation. The date we receive the form is the official drop date documented for refund purposes, not when your child stops attending or verbally tells a teacher. Email confirmation will be sent to you to verify.
